Strictly speaking, 'used to' is a semi-modal/defective verb rather than a classic phrasal verb, but it is commonly included in phrasal verb lists for learners. Always followed by a bare infinitive. Note: 'Did you use to...?' and 'used you to...?' are both valid questions, but 'did you use to' is far more common in modern English.
